BulkUp: Weight Gainer / Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the BulkUp: Weight Gainer app, created by Vyshnav Thaniyil Changattu (referred to as the "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
BulkUp is a personal tracking tool for calorie, protein, and weight goals. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your Apple devices. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the app.
BulkUp provides calorie and nutrition estimates based on established formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor, US Navy body fat, etc.) and data you enter. These are estimates, not medical advice. Consult a qualified health professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.
Some features require an in-app purchase or subscription. All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. To cancel, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.
All data you enter (meals, weights, body stats) is stored on your device and synced to your personal iCloud account. The Service Provider does not have access to this data. If you delete the app, your local data will be removed. iCloud data can be managed through your iCloud account settings.
All code, design, and assets in BulkUp are owned by Vyshnav Thaniyil Changattu. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
The app is provided "as is". The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
The Service Provider may update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time. Where possible, significant changes will be communicated via an app update or this page.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
