BulkUp is the muscle gain tracker built for people trying to gain weight and build muscle, not fat. Every other nutrition app was designed for weight loss. The defaults are wrong. The language is wrong. The success states are wrong. If you're a hardgainer, someone in a bulking phase, or just someone trying to eat more and build muscle, this is the app for you.

Yes, BulkUp is free to download. Optional in-app purchases are available for additional features.

Long-press any empty space on your iPhone home screen until icons jiggle, then tap the + button in the top-left corner. Search for "BulkUp", choose your preferred widget size (small or wide), and tap Add Widget.

Go to the Presets tab, then tap +Add Breakfast (or +Add Lunch, +Add Dinner, or +Add Snack), or +Add Category to add new preset category. The in new meal, add the preset meal name. You can either find the food from the nutrition-database attached by searching in the search bar or add custom. You may also save your food and its macro details. once dont, edit the food weight and tap save.

Subscriptions are managed through iOS Settings, not inside the app. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, find BulkUp, and tap Cancel Subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the BulkUp purchase, and tap Request a refund.
