Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the BulkUp: Weight Gainer app, created by Vyshnav Thaniyil Changattu (referred to as the "Service Provider").

What data does BulkUp store?

BulkUp stores data that you enter directly into the app:

• Body stats (weight, height, age, activity level, and goal)
• Meal entries and preset meals you create
• Daily weigh-ins and body measurements

All of this data is stored locally on your device and, if you are signed into iCloud, synced privately to your personal iCloud account via CloudKit. The Service Provider has no access to this data.

Apple Health (optional)

BulkUp can optionally read your active and resting energy burn from Apple Health to calculate a more accurate daily calorie target. This is entirely optional — the app works without it.

• BulkUp only reads energy data from Apple Health. It never writes to Health.
• Health data is used only on-device for calorie calculations. It is not stored separately, transmitted, or shared with anyone.
• You can revoke HealthKit access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → BulkUp.

Third-party services

BulkUp does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No data is shared with or sold to any third party.

Children

BulkUp is not directed at children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
