By downloading or using any app published by Vyshnav Thaniyil Changattu (VyBuilds), you agree to the following terms.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your Apple device for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the app.
Some apps offer optional subscriptions or one-time purchases. All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings under your Apple ID.
All content, design, trademarks, and code within the apps are owned by Vyshnav Thaniyil Changattu. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
The apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyshnav Thaniyil Changattu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of any app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
