Find answers to common questions about subscriptions, billing, and app issues.
Subscriptions are managed through your iPhone's Settings, not inside the app.
Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, find the app, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Refunds are processed by Apple, not by me directly.
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your purchase, and request a refund.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Open the app and look for a Restore Purchases option in the settings screen.
Apple sends purchase receipts to the email address on your Apple ID. You can also view your full purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If the app has account functionality, look for a Delete Account option inside the app's settings. If you need further help, email vyshnav@vybuilds.com.
Note: Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel that first in iOS Settings to avoid future charges.
